​How Do I Place An Order?
First, you must have a Paypal account to be able to pay for any of our items. Just go to Paypal.com and make your own account. If you already have a Paypal account you're ready to go! Just head to our "Shop" section and browse for an item of your liking, click "Buy It Now" and proceed to checkout, in the end you'll be paying with Paypal. Easy!
Payment and Shipping
Payment must be made via PayPal and in full (cleared) before the item is shipped out.
All the transaction details, including tracking number, will be available through Paypal's transaction details, which can be found at the "Activity" area of your Paypal account.
Shipping Method and Information:
All packages are sent via USPS First Class. Tracking number is included in all packages. We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail. If you're worried about your order getting lost in the mail please send us a message before making any purchase. If you would like to add insurance, delivery confirmation etc... to your package contact us through our email: dragosterart@gmail.com and we will personally help you.
Warning:
Tracking numbers for international orders wont always work. USPS will provide tracking info until the package is out of the US. Sometimes tracking will show when the item has arrived to the destination, sometimes it wont (depending on the country).
Delivery Time:
We usually ship the next 1-3 business days, if any delay should arise we will notify you through a message. After the order has been shipped, delivery takes about 3-4 days (sometimes up to a week and a half) to arrive inside the United States. For international orders delivery time can take about 2-4 weeks, sometimes more or less depending on your location.

Combined Shipping
If you're looking to buy multiple items at once, please send us a message through our "Contact" page including; the name of the items, quantity desired for each item and the Paypal email you wish to receive our invoice.
We will calculate everything and send you an invoice for the total amount to your Paypal account. We will wait 3 business days for your payment, if we don't receive the payment after 3 business days we will cancel the invoice.
Special Requests (Commissions, Gift Wrapping etc...)
If you're looking to order a custom item not listed on our site, please send us a message through our "Contact" page including; a detailed description of what you want to order, pictures/visuals or anything that can be used as an example of what you're looking for, if there is a specific size you want, colors, etc... Also, please add your location so we can calculate shipping.

After we receive all the information above, we will answer your message letting you know if what you're requesting is doable or not, and if it is doable we will add the total price in the message.
This also applies for gift wrapped orders or any other special requests you can think of.

For a safe transaction on both parts, payments will be received via Paypal and Paypal's credit card options.

Returns & Refunds
To avoid a future order cancellation or refund, please be completely sure you're committed to the purchase in question.
We will not accept any order cancellations after the order has been shipped. However, if the order cancellation is made before shipment a full refund will be offered.
A full refund will also be offered if the order has been displaced and returned to us. In a case like this we will pay for the return shipping label which will be sent to the customer for easy printing. If the customer doesn't want a full refund but the correct order instead, we will gladly ship it for free the next business day.
Terms & Conditions
In order to contract with Dragoste Art you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable through Paypal. Dragoste Art retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of international shipping and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
